We drove 8.6 miles down Road 1630, then turned left. It was shocking to see a sign at the junction considering the lookout is no longer used:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51308569849_414bb463ee_c.jpg\" alt=\"Frazier Point\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51304386660_85bd6f2615_c.jpg\" alt=\"Frazier Point lookout\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51303370056_03031f6a57_c.jpg\" alt=\"Frazier Point lookout\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This one is on the National Historic Lookout Register:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51304304630_693f3fc272_c.jpg\" alt=\"Frazier Point lookout\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>However the Malheur National Forest has plans to remove this tower. There was a geocache there so we made our way over after visiting the tower.
