I only went up one flight to get a view looking east into the rising sun:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53812970204_96a32a16b5_b.jpg\" alt=\"Cougar Pass Lookout\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s clear that people come up here to party.
