It&#8217;s a neat spot and I stopped here for a break before turning around and heading back:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51572903066_b125dc01ba_c.jpg\" alt=\"Hiking the Metolius River\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After my hike I wandered around the hatchery a little bit:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51572094177_2aec6dc234_c.jpg\" alt=\"Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is the settling pond. You can buy fish food from dispensers and feed the fish, which some people were doing:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51573832415_0f312f490d_c.jpg\" alt=\"Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>High above the hatchery on Green Ridge is a fire lookout that can be rented.
