There was a trail race happening that day, unfortunately, and our progress was greatly slowed by having to step aside every 30 seconds for another trail runner<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51325362968_a5bc615815_c.jpg\" alt=\"Harry's Ridge Hike\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We finally reached the junction with the spur to Harry&#8217;s Ridge and left the trail runners behind:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51325900234_823415eec9_c.jpg\" alt=\"Harry's Ridge Hike\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51326164505_b0b15d5923_c.jpg\" alt=\"Harry's Ridge Hike\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We were pleasantly surprised to find hundreds of ripe wild strawberries along the trail.
